Adding several candidates to a job saves them together
When you add several candidates to a job at once, RecruitIQ now saves up to 25 of them in a single step, reducing the separate save steps for the group.
Fewer separate save steps
Select several candidates, choose Add to job, and pick the job and stage. RecruitIQ used to save them one after another. It now saves up to 25 together, reducing repeated save work for the group. Exact waiting time still depends on the job, the candidates and service availability.
Each candidate still gets their own pipeline entry, stage and history, and the emails and notifications that follow are the same as before.
What stays the same
Candidates already on the job are skipped. If the combined save cannot go through, for example because the job changed a moment earlier, RecruitIQ saves the candidates one at a time instead, while keeping each candidate’s save result separate. If a save cannot be confirmed, check the job before retrying. Moving a candidate with a rejection message, overriding an application’s eligibility and adding from resume intake still save one candidate at a time.
