UpdatesFeatures, fixes & improvements.

  1. Improved

    • New resumes arriving through WhatsApp or Talent Inbox must be 10 MB or smaller. WhatsApp asks for a smaller copy; Talent Inbox marks oversized attachments “Over 10 MB”. Stored resumes are unchanged. Read more →
    • Choose Suggested beside a job board’s search field to open its matches. Score rings and Experience, Skills, License and Distance facts explain each score; the review panel adapts to narrow screens. Read more →
    • Edit job uses the same compact breadcrumbs as the job page, leaving more room for the form. Save and Cancel remain at the bottom.
    • Candidate keyword searches no longer match where a person came from, so “recruiter” does not match someone solely because an external recruiter submitted them. Use the Source filter to search by origin. Read more →
    • Candidates, Jobs and Companies share one layout and View menu. Companies gains a configurable table and contract icons; Add Company opens the form directly, with contract and invitation actions in the ⋯ menu. Read more →

    Fixed

    • Job pipeline boards keep horizontal scrolling within the board, and stage counts stay visible beside long stage names.
    • Candidate searches retry during a brief server restart and show “Still searching…” while waiting. If service stays unavailable, Try again appears; changing the search stops the old retries. Read more →
    • Dashboard candidate dates keep a compact format in Safari, and bold text in the signed-in app fits without widening into nearby controls.
  2. New

    • Suggested candidates groups a job’s matches into Strong fit, Good fit and Worth a look. Open a person beside the list to review their resume, pass, or add them to the first pipeline stage. Read more →
  3. New

    • Press Build out under a job description to turn a few lines into a full posting. You review the draft next to your own text, remove any new line you don’t want, and nothing changes until you use the draft and save. Read more →
    • After creating a job, choose View matches to review ranked candidates with match scores and reasons, then add selected people to a pipeline stage or email them. Ranking runs in the background. Read more →

    Improved

    • Build out also works in a job’s Edit job description window and can use your internal notes when you choose. Lines that came from notes are marked so you can remove anything private. Read more →
  4. Fixed

    • When an earlier resume becomes current again, automatic profile processing can retry it if its previous run stopped because the file was replaced. Existing successful profiles and other failed runs keep their safeguards. Read more →
    • A public job-board application can finish even if its notification email fails, so the email problem no longer stops the job-pipeline handoff. This does not resend earlier notifications. Read more →
    • Outlook Calendar refreshes with the permission granted when you connected, fixing the reconnect loop that could appear immediately after setup. Read more →
    • Changing weeks keeps the calendar grid and navigation on screen while that week’s events load. The refresh icon shows progress without replacing the page. Read more →
  5. New

    • An empty Candidates keyword search can suggest a corrected spelling found in your own candidates. Press Tab or choose the suggestion to search again; your query changes only when you accept it. Read more →

    Improved

    • Candidates focuses on finding people across your database, with Job and Pipeline filters removed. Open a job’s Candidates tab to review its applicants and stages; old saved views keep their other filters. Read more →
    • Add to job saves up to 25 new assignments together and lets notifications and activity finish afterward. Existing assignments are skipped; rejection messages and eligibility overrides keep their existing save flow. Read more →
    • Edit candidate details opens a wider dialog with contact fields and Location in separate columns. Choose a value or its pencil to edit it, then save your changes together.
    • The Jobs filter row has more room for Columns after removing Department. Search for a department by name, or add its column to Table view. Read more →
    • The black-and-cyan job poster supports an optional intro, Responsibilities and editable Requirements, with more section headings recognized. Existing poster images stay unchanged until regenerated. Read more →
    • Table searches show Matched on first, with labels and resume snippets explaining each result. Resume and summary buttons stay visible; Applied for and Profile distinguish those matches from resume text. Read more →
    • The main menu uses consistent destination tiles and a centered Tools row. Wider spacing keeps labels together, and the active page is easier to spot.

    Fixed

    • Candidates shows Updating… and retries temporary total-count failures twice. If the total still cannot load, choose Total unavailable to try again.
    • Public job listings no longer include internal job details. Job zip codes stay with your team while public pages, partners and newly generated posters show city and state. Read more →
    • Candidate scheduling drafts use your saved scheduling settings again instead of falling back to a built-in template. Previously sent emails are unchanged.
    • New matching profiles keep applied-for job titles separate from the candidate’s own titles and qualifications. Existing stored profiles are unchanged until refreshed.
    • Replacing a candidate’s resume with a different file no longer leaves the new profile blocked by earlier application processing. Talent Inbox flags repeated profile-processing failures after a resume is saved for attention instead of retrying indefinitely. Read more →
  6. New

    • Supported recruiter invitations now open with a program overview, screening expectations and commission information before account setup. Read more →
    • Eligible teammates can receive recruiting partner signup alerts, and partners receive an emailed copy of the agreement they sign. Existing partners and agreements are not emailed again. Read more →

    Improved

    • The partner submission page has a clearer resume drop area and candidate profile layout that stacks on phones. Partner job details show Your payout without the staffing fee; fees can still appear in the jobs list and preview. Read more →
    • Calendar week views now show 5 AM through midnight. Use Calendar settings to show all 24 hours, or select an early-meeting link to reveal meetings before 5 AM. Read more →
    • Full screen adds contact, source and date columns to the Candidates table, with Name pinned while you scroll sideways. Press Shift+F in Candidates or Jobs to enter or leave Full screen; saved views keep their columns. Read more →
    • Organizations using the black-and-cyan job poster template get text fitted around a fixed header and footer, with a warning when edits do not fit. Existing saved posters keep their design until regenerated. Read more →
    • Drop a resume in Dashboard → Add Candidate to create the candidate automatically when a name and email or phone are found. Missing details stay available to complete, and existing matches open for review. Read more →
    • Pipeline and job activity emails identify the action and role, include the candidate name when available, and exclude the person who made the change. Repeated updates for the same candidate may still share an inbox conversation. Read more →
    • Clear resumes can create a candidate from a name and email or phone while the full profile finishes in the background. Manual Save no longer waits for the final cover-letter check; a rejected file gets a notice on the saved candidate. Read more →
    • Pipeline stage moves save without waiting for teammate notifications and partner updates. The activity entry is saved with the move and includes the available candidate name; notifications can arrive a few seconds later. Read more →

    Fixed

    • Fixed a case where an older resume profile could block automatic profile processing for a returning applicant. Read more →
  7. New

    • Organization owners can open Reports to review recruiting activity, job progress and candidates in each pipeline stage. Read more →

    Improved

    • The homepage now previews candidate search and pipeline tracking with illustrated cards and a clearer introduction. Read more →
    • Find Reports beside Calendar in the main menu, with larger icons and more room around navigation tiles. Read more →

    Fixed

    • Use the up and down arrow keys to move between the main menu and the centered tools row.
    • Accepted public applications keep resume processing in the background if the first upload handoff is interrupted. Automatic AI profiles still follow your organization’s Auto AI on Apply setting. Read more →
