The Matched on column is back in the Candidates table
When you search Candidates in Table view, a Matched on column shows why each candidate came up. It now always appears while you search, even if you have resized columns, and it comes first so you see why someone matched before their name.
See why each candidate matched
Search Candidates in Table view and a Matched on column appears as the first column once the results for your search are in. It shows what your search found: a phone number, email, position, location, tag, or text from the summary or resume. It can also show the job the candidate applied for, and Profile means the match was in other profile details such as skills or past employers. Phone and email have a copy button beside them.
Easier to read, and a way into the resume
The match type (Summary, Resume, Phone and so on) now sits as a small label above the matching words, so the words get the full width of the column. Resume matches show a word before and a couple after your match once they load.
Click the visible resume icon beside a resume match to open the resume with your search highlighted.
Click the visible summary icon beside a summary match to open the candidate's experience view with their full summary.
It had stopped showing for some people
If you had ever resized a column, the saved widths could fill the table and push Matched on out. It now always shows while you search. If your columns are wide, the table scrolls sideways so you can still reach it.
Resizing a column now changes only that column. The others keep adjusting to your screen as before.
