Columns and job workflow moved under More actions on Jobs
The Jobs toolbar now keeps Add Job primary and puts Columns and Edit job workflow in a ⋯ menu, matching Candidates.
Clearer primary action
On Jobs, Add Job stays on the right of the views row. Next to it, a More actions (⋯) button opens Columns and Edit job workflow so those secondary tools stay available without crowding the toolbar.
Choosing Columns still opens the same column visibility and reorder controls as before.
