Job zip codes stay private
Add a zip code when you create a job. Your team sees it, while public job pages, posters and partners show the city and state only.
Add the zip when you create the job
New job now has a Zip code box next to the location. Hover the info icon to see that it is private. The zip is saved with the job and shows on the job page, where you can still edit it under Location.
Only your team sees it
Public job pages, your job board, job posters, WhatsApp posts and partner recruiters show the city and state without the zip. A job whose location already includes a zip shows without it from now on, with nothing to change on your side.
Public job pages also now receive only what they display, so a job’s hiring contact and internal notes stay inside RecruitIQ. Posters made before today keep their old image until you make a new one.
