Build out from the job page, with your notes
Edit job description on a job’s page now has Build out too, and it can use the job’s internal notes when you choose, marking every line that came from them.
What changed
Open a job’s page and choose Edit job description. The same Build out button you see on a new job is now there, so you can turn a short description into a full posting without leaving the job.
Choosing whether to use your notes
If the job has internal notes, Build out first asks “Use your notes too?” and remembers your answer. A line under the button reads “Notes: included · Change”, so you can switch your choice at any time.
Lines that came from notes
In the review, every line that came from your notes has a notes icon. Hover over it and it explains that notes are private, so you can decide whether the line belongs in a public posting. Only new lines have a trash icon, and Undo brings a removed line back.
Nothing is saved until Save
Use draft puts the draft into the editor. Nothing is saved until you press Save, and you can still edit the text or press Undo first.
Boundaries to know about
Your notes are only sent when you choose to include them. The client company is never sent. Read the lines that came from notes before you post, because notes are written for your team and may not be meant for candidates.
