Save pipeline stage moves before notifications finish
A stage move saves its activity entry together with the new stage, while teammate notifications and partner updates continue in the background.
Keep moving through your pipeline
Move a candidate to the next stage as usual. RecruitIQ saves the stage and its activity entry together, then continues teammate notifications and partner status updates in the background. You can keep working once the move is saved.
New activity entries include the candidate name when it is available in your workspace. This fixes new entries that previously lost the name while notifications were being prepared; older unnamed activity entries are not rewritten.
Allow time for notifications
A saved stage confirms the pipeline change, not email delivery. Partner updates and teammate notifications can follow a few seconds later. Existing notification settings and permissions still apply, and an email provider can still refuse a message.
Choosing to send a candidate rejection still waits for that message outcome. Adding candidates to a job and changing the assigned recruiter keep their existing behavior. This change does not promise a fixed save time or resend old notifications.
