The black-and-cyan poster now reads intro, responsibilities and requirements
The center of the black-and-cyan job poster now shows an optional intro, then Responsibilities and Requirements, and section headings in job descriptions are recognized more broadly.
A center that reads like a job post
The center of the black-and-cyan poster now follows the same order as the other measured poster template. Under the title and the location line it shows an intro paragraph, then Responsibilities: with its bullets, then Requirements: with its bullets. The header, the WE’RE HIRING badge, the title, the location line and the footer with the salary box are unchanged.
The intro appears only when there is one: when the job description opens with a paragraph before its first section, or when you type one in the Intro field. It has no heading of its own. The poster no longer uses a hidden job summary, so a job with no opening paragraph and no typed intro simply has no intro on the poster.
Requirements are on the poster and editable
The first two requirements from the job are shown by default. Open AI Poster from the job and use the new Requirements list to add, edit, reorder or remove them, as you already do for responsibilities. Responsibilities and Requirements are plain headings, with no rule line beside them and no capital letters.
The text still sizes itself to fit. The poster measures every line with its own fonts and picks the largest readable size that fits. If the job has more text than fits, whole lines are left out from the end, requirements first, and the page says so. Words are never cut, and text never runs into the footer. Text you edit yourself is never trimmed: if it does not fit you are told which part to shorten, such as the intro, a responsibility or a requirement.
Section headings are recognized more broadly
A short line that ends with a colon or a dash and stands alone now starts a section. Headings such as “Tasks-”, “Job functions:”, “Your day-”, “Qualifications-” or “Skills needed:” are read as headings instead of being treated as the intro or as a bullet. Lines about tasks and duties become responsibilities, lines about qualifications, skills and experience become requirements, and lines about benefits, schedule or how to apply are left off the poster.
This also applies to the other measured poster template. An ordinary item, such as a line that does not end with a colon or dash, is never mistaken for a heading.
Boundaries to know about
Posters you made earlier stay as they were made. Choose Regenerate to redraw a poster in the new layout from the job. The poster is still 1080 by 1700, and the footer phone number, email and website are still fixed for the template.
